How to Delete Your Account

Follow this guide to permanently delete your Trainify AI account and all associated data.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including your profile, workout history, meal plans, progress photos, check-ins, and chat history with your AI coach will be permanently removed from our systems.

Before You Delete

Please consider the following before deleting your account:

Active Subscription: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Data Export: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you would like a copy of your data before deletion, please contact us at support@trainify-ai.com.
Progress History: All your workout logs, personal records, weight tracking, and progress photos will be permanently lost.

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Open the Trainify AI App

Launch the Trainify AI app on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.

2 Navigate to Profile

Tap on the Profile tab located in the bottom navigation bar (the rightmost icon).

3 Open Settings

On the Profile screen, tap the Settings button located at the top of the screen.

4 Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and tap on the Delete Account option. You will be asked to confirm your decision.

5 Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear warning you that this action is permanent and irreversible. If you are certain you want to proceed, confirm the deletion.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription before deleting your account:

For iOS Users (App Store)

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Find and tap Trainify AI
Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android Users (Google Play)

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon at the top right
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Find and tap Trainify AI
Tap Cancel subscription
